The cover has Hawley Post Mark ( small twon ) in Kuwait.
sent to Egypt you can notice Egyption cencored post mark on the uper left hand.

The stamp is part of set of 2 stamps issued on  07 July 1985 to  mark the first Arab astronaut
 Prince Sultan Ibn Salam AlSaud . the other stamp is 115H.

It was printed in sheets of 50 stamps and two inscribed labels.
The Cover was posted 29 July 1987.  at small twon in the south Saudi Arabia  call ( DUFAIR ) which is part of Bahaa District. and it went to Egypt.
